The closest paring to The Franke Center is the parking lot on the west side of the building and the parking ramp on the east side of the building.  Parking in both areas is free. Arrive early. If you are late, you may be held out or reseated until an appropriate time for you to get to your assigned seat. It is best to arrive about 30 minutes early so that you have time to purchase concessions, find your seat, and read the program before the show starts.

There are handicap accessible parking spaces in the parking lot located on the west side of the building. There are also handicap spaces in the parking ramp located on the east side of the building. The parking ramp elevator is located on the north side closest to Mansion Street. Patrons requiring elevator access will want to enter The Franke Center via our west entrance.

The recommended drop-off and pick-up locations are on the east side of the building with the exception of school buses.  School buses may drop off and pick up in the front of the building on Mansion Street at either stop sign.

During events, lost and found items are turned in to event ushers.  To inquire about a lost item after an event, please call 269-781-0001.

We no longer use printed tickets or a will call system. Your tickets will be emailed to you and you can print them. If you are unable to print your tickets, your name will still be on the event list. Ask an usher to check you in. To purchase at-door tickets on the day of an event, please go to the box office located in the Franke Center lobby. It is open at least 30 minutes prior to most events.

Yes.  Tickets are available in the main lobby one hour prior to curtain, subject to availability.

All sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges are offered unless a show is cancelled or postponed.

The box office and bars accept cash, VISA, Master Card,  and Discover.

On days when there is no performance, The Franke Center ticket office is open from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday – Friday by appointment. To make an appointment, please call 269-781-0001.  The ticket office is located in the main business offices just across the parking ramp on the east side of the building. On performance days, the box office opens one hour prior curtain in the main lobby of the auditorium.

Yes. If requested, we will reserve a designated space in the main auditorium for a wheelchair plus guest seating. There are two wheelchair spaces, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Take all the photos you like before and after the concert/musical or play. For licensing purposes and as a courtesy to the artists and the other patrons, photography or recording of any kind is strictly prohibited during plays. Video is prohibited during concerts, however you may take non-flash photos.

Patrons with cell phones, alarm watches, etc. must turn ringers and alarms off prior to entering the auditorium.

Guest are not permitted to bring any outside food or beverages into the auditorium.  Containers including bottles, cans, thermos bottles, and plastic coolers are not permitted for the safety and protection of our guests.  The Franke Center offers a  variety of beer, wine, and soda options as well as refreshments at each event.

Concessions are sold at the Downstage Club Bar and The Tom/Collins Lobby Bar next to the auditorium.

Ticket holders can enter the auditorium once auditorium doors open.  The standard policy is 30 minutes prior to the curtain.

The Franke Center is a smoke-free facility.  Smoking, including e-cigarettes, anywhere in and around the building is strictly prohibited.

The main restrooms are located downstairs, in the Downstage Club.  There is an additional handicap restroom located in the main lobby level.

The Franke Center is a 267 seat auditorium with options of adding 18 extra seats.
