Where is event parking for The Franke Center for the Arts?
The closest paring to The Franke Center is the parking lot on the west side of the building and the parking ramp on the east side of the building.  Parking in both areas is free. Arrive early. If you are late, you may be held out or reseated until an appropriate time for you to get to your assigned seat. It is best to arrive about 30 minutes early so that you have time to purchase concessions, find your seat, and read the program before the show starts.

Is there handicapped accessible parking available nearby?
There are handicap accessible parking spaces in the parking lot located on the west side of the building.  There are also handicap spaces in the parking ramp located on the east side of the building.  The parking ramp elevator is located on the north side closest to Mansion Street.

Where should I be dropped off and picked up before and after an event?
The recommended drop-off and pick-up locations are on the east side of the building with the exception of school buses.  School buses may drop off and pick up in the front of the building on Mansion Street at either stop sign.

Where do school buses park?
Our staff will contact you to let you know where we have secured parking for your event.

Is there a lost and found at The Franke Center for the Arts?
During events, lost and found items are turned in to event ushers.  To inquire about a lost item after an event, please call 269-781-0001.

Where is the ticket will call located?
On the night of the concert/show, will call is located in the main lobby box office located directly outside the auditorium entrance.

Do I need a ticket for my child?
Yes.

Can I purchase tickets online?
Yes, tickets may be purchased online at TheFranke.org.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes.  Tickets are available in the main lobby one hour prior to curtain, subject to availability.

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges are offered unless a show is cancelled or postponed.

What type of payment does The Franke Center accept?
The box office and bars accept cash, VISA, Master Card,  and Discover.

Where is the box office located?
On days when there is no performance, The Franke Center ticket office is open from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday – Friday by appointment. To make an appointment, please call 269-789-9677.  The ticket office is located in the main business offices just across the parking ramp on the east side of the building. On performance days, the box office opens one-hour prior curtain in the main lobby of the auditorium.

Does The Franke Center offer wheelchair seating space?
Yes, if requested, we will reserve a designated space in the main auditorium for a wheelchair plus guest seating. Spaces are on a first-come, first serve basis.  There are two wheelchair spaces.

Are cameras allowed inside The Franke Center auditorium?
Take all the photos you like before and after the concert/musical or play. For licensing purposes and as a courtesy to the artists and the other patrons, photography or recording of any kind is strictly prohibited during plays. Video is prohibited during concerts, however you may take non-flash photos.

May I use my cell phone?
Patrons with cell phones, alarm watches, etc. must turn them off prior to entering the auditorium.

Can I bring food or beverage into The Franke Center Auditorium?
Guest are not permitted to bring any outside food or beverages into the auditorium.  Containers including bottles, cans, thermos bottles, and plastic coolers are not permitted for the safety and protection of our guests.  The Franke Center offers a  variety of beer, wine, and soda options as well as refreshments at each event.

Where are concessions sold?
Concessions are sold at the Downstage Club Bar and The Tom/Collins Lobby Bar next to the auditorium.

How soon can I get into the auditorium for a general admission event?
Ticket holders can enter the auditorium once auditorium doors open.  The standard policy is 30 minutes prior to the curtain.

What is the smoking policy at The Franke Center for the Arts?
The Franke Center is a smoke-free facility.  Smoking, including e-cigarettes, anywhere in and around the building is strictly prohibited.

Where are the restrooms located?
The main restrooms are located in the Downstage Banquet Room lobby.  There is an additional handicap restroom located in the main lobby level.

How many seats does The Franke Center hold?
The Franke Center is a 267 seat auditorium with options of adding 18 extra seats.

Can I rent space at The Franke Center for the Arts?
Yes, we offer rentals for corporate events, weddings, performances, and more. For more information about rental availabilities, please call 269-781-0001.

Are donations to The Franke Center for the Arts tax deductible?
Yes. The Franke Center (MCCT, Inc.) is a 501(c)3 organization, and all donations are welcome and are tax-deductible. Please make checks payable to The Franke Center and note on the check that it is a donation.  You may also call the box office at 269-781-0001 or visit our donation section on our web page to make a donation.
